As Principal of the Jericho State School, I would like to invite you to visit and browse throughout our site.

We are a small one teacher school situated between Emerald and Longreach in Central Western Queensland. Our school population is 16 students, ranging from year 1 to year 7. At present we have three preschoolers who attend our school everyday until 11:30am.

My staff consists of two Teacher Aides, one Administration Officer, one Cleaner and one Gardener.

We have an active P & C who tirelessly fundraise to give our students the little extras that we need and we wouldn't otherwise be able to afford to purchase.

One of these little extras is donations towards our school camps each year.

One of these such camps is the Sports Camp in Windorah, where specialised sports coaches come from the city and teach our students the skills of a variety of sports they would not usually have access to because of our remoteness.
